I’ve added another 2 weddings to the portfolio. This time it was time for 2 from 2011.
STINA & RAMI’s wedding took place in Södertälje and JOHANNA & JOEL’s was in Ljungskile on the west coast of sweden. Two very lovely couple and two very lovely days.

Samma kväll som jag fotograferade Anders så fotade jag även ett par konserter på Trädgårn. Detta är bandet Death Destruction, ett metal-band från Göteborg. Du kan älska eller hata musiken, men du kan inte argumentera med det faktum att många konserter är riktigt häftiga att titta på och fota.

The same evening as when I shoot the pictures of Anders I also photographed a couple of concerts at Trädgårn. This is one of the bands, Death Destruction, a Gothenburg metal band. You might love or hate the music but you can’t ever argue with the fact that it’s really cool to watch and take photos of.

Anders Jivarp, the supernice drummer of Dark Tranquillity, asked me if we could shoot some pictures of him and his new drums from DrumCraft. Of course we could!
We met before the gig at Trädgårn in Gothenburg and took some shoots. Both during the soundcheck and afterwards. Here’s some of the photos.

When I first released this webpage I did a quick export of some of my weddings for the portfolio. Since then I had far too much to do and too little time to worry about it. But now, during the winter, I’ve started to update the weddings in portfolio one by one.
The first two wedding was of SOPHIA & RICHARD and of LINA & FREDRIK. Both of these weddings are very special to me, not only because they are among the first ones I did professionaly but also because it was those that made me fall in love with weddingphotography. And made me want to do this for at least 100%.

Today I met a new friend.

Jag har en vän, Shahin, och han gillar slipsar. Han älskar verkligen slipsar. Eller kanske han bara älskar att samla på dem. Hur som helst. En blöt och regnig lördag i tidiga höstas mötte jag upp med honom och tog några fotografier av honom, och hans slipsar.

This saturday I shot the guys in In Flames playing. Again. It was their second time as a main-act in Scandinavium, the largest venue in Gothenburg.
It was a great concert and this time I concentrated more on having fun than the actual shooting. But I can’t help myself showing some of the photos. Hope you’ll enjoy!

I have updated my pricing page with the prices for next year, 2012. The prices are currently only in Swedish. Incuries for international weddings will be handled manually, by phone or mail as usual. If you make your booking before the end of 2011 you get 15% discount on your order.

I usually shoot people at weddings, rockshows or maybe some social event. I also do portraits, advertising or maybe some children.
Sometimes I also photograph another love of mine, food. I have a couple of friends that run the Restaurant 2112. I followed them during the renovation and nowadays I shoot photos to their homepage and facebook.

Är dom inte supersöta?
I’ve been on a vacation for almost 2 weeks. It’s been great and now I’m back and going to do all the weddings.

Peter contacted me through a mutual friend and wanted me to shoot their wedding. First, all contacts was between me and Peter and it wasn’t until the meeting I finally met Jenny. That’s kind of unusual, not having any contact with the bride. As you can see, it worked out pretty good anyhow. Or even better.
Well, Peter and Jenny been together for a long time. 9 years I think. They got 2 lovely boys and they got two socker-teams. Peter love IFK and Jenny love ÖIS. Two different teams. But as they said; this will be a draw game. 1-1 was the theme. And without further due, the lovelly, funny and great couple, Jenny & Peter.
I visited and photographed a workshop held by the advertising agency A+A a while ago. The mission was to capture people working together, learning and have fun while doing something serious. This is a part of my photography that I don’t show much of. But I might as well change that.
Even greater was the clients reaction: ”I must say I was very impressed by the quality of the images. Awesome! I strongly recommend you be for others.”

Sommaren är den mest hektiska tiden för oss bröllopsfotografer. Men varje tid har sin charm och sina färger. Var noga med att använda dem….
Ibland vill du bara prova något nytt. Som till exempel svarta-vita porträtt på en onsdag kväll. Som dessa.
Och för er nördar, det är ISO 3200 med 50mm 1,6 eller 85mm 1,8.
Det är helt klart många nya situationer på ett bröllop, jag menar det är inte varje dag man dansar en vals framför 50 eller 100 av sina närmaste vänner och familj.
Väl träning ger färdighet!
Varje dag det finns tusentals och åter tusentals små ögonblick. De flesta av dem är inte så viktiga men det finns de som du inte vill missa eller glömma. På ett bröllop eller en födelsedag finns det fler stunder än någonsin. När ditt barn är ung eller om din kärlek är ny. Det är fler ögonblick än du kan minnas. Du får en flod av intryck och du vill spara dem alla.
Övriga dagar har du nästan ingenting. En regnig tisdag med en förkylning. Du önskar att du kunde glömma.
Men tänk på att leva varje ögonblick och spara dem som räknas.
